Tell someone today, that you appreciate them. It could be your mother, father, daugher, son, husband, wife, boyfriend or girlfriend. Whomever you decide to say these sentiments to, will make you feel good about yourself. Not only have you made the other person feel good, but you should feel a sense of contentment by thinking of someone else other than yourself. Today you made a selfless gesture.
Today I will acknowledge my mother. If she has not read this post yet, she does not know this and I will be calling her later today.
